Didn’t like the location and building conditions. To close to other properties. No intimacy. The smell of black mould hanging on exterior walls fills your room once you open the patio door. No coffee available until 8 am.

Very nice hotel! The meals were served family style and you received two full main courses.. It felt like you were eating home cooked Portogues food. The huge pool was amazing. The hot tub was not so hot but still very nice.

Booked specifically because they are a spa location. Arrived at 8:10 to find out the pool and jacuzzi close at 8:00 pm! Who closes at 8:00? They also don’t open the pool area until 10:30 am! Huh?

Pros: The front desk service was great as well as the cleaning staff. Cons: The beds were uncomfortable and the breakfast was just OK. It is within walking distance to a few really good cafe's and close proximity to the base. For the price, it was a good deal and I would stay again if I visit Monte Real again.

Nice hotel, very clean, but a litle old, for instance the shower has less pressure that it should be. There should be more indications about the location of the meals area and pool and, there was also no indication of the schedule of these 2 zones at the room.

Great Stay
A good stay, lots of amenities in the hotel such as a spa and a tennis court. Check was quick and friendly. The staff were very friendly and the dinner was a good price.

Nice hotel in a quiet little town
If you are looking for things to do in a city this hotel may not be the best if you don't have a car, but it's located in a nice little town with spa and pool that you can use. You have to book massages with a few days in advance but there are not expensive.

Horrorosa, pessimo hotel , pessimo atendimento e pessimo café da manhã Acabou energia e não avisaram que estariam fazendo conserto na rede , fizeram instalação de ponto de energia pra carro elétrico começou 7:30 da manhã com barulho insuportável , tudo em frente nosso quarto , funcionários na nossa sacada , nada foi avisado Saímos do hotel no dia anterior , não ficamos as 3 noites que foram pagas

Una noche para dos. El ascensor es muy antiguo y pequeño, dos saunas no disponibles, dos camas juntas en la habitación. En general bien en relación calidad- precio. El spa es sencillo pero con piscina grande, ideal para familias, las habitaciones un poco antiguas pero con baño reformado. Limpieza impecable y buena comida estilo casero. Pequeño balcón con mesa y dos sillas y los domingos por la noche difícil cenar fuera. Aconsejo reservar cena en el hotel antes, descuentan. Aunque en la página no parece muy fácil reservar con cena yo llamaría al alojamiento. Está alejado del centro, ideal para evadirse con spa en familia
