This is a very well kept and intimate property. The innkeeper, Dalija, does an incredible job of hosting, cooking and maintaining the place. There are only 6 rooms in the inn, so the interactions with Dalija and other guests are quite friendly and personal. Dalija is amazing and does everything herself including the beautiful landscaping. What we didn't expect and was a big surprise was her servicing the room daily, i.e. beds made, trash and towel service. That is hard to find today even in large upscale hotels. The walk to Tanglewood was a surprising easy 5 minute stroll to the closest gate. With past experiences of waiting 30-45 minutes to exit a James Taylor concert, we were out in a flash and relaxing in our room while most patrons were still waiting on a very long car line to get out. The inn is extremely comfortable and immaculately maintained. We had a queen room which appeared brand new, although it was not, with adequate furnishings, A/C and a fridge. The bed was very comfortable. There is an incredible amount of reading material in the room and in the common areas. She just took a piece of a huge wraparound porch and created a lovely 4 season porch attached to the lounge. There is so much seating between the lounge, the 4 season porch and covered porch. She has a large sitting area around a fire pit on the back lawn. Plenty of parking. She prepares a delicious, organic breakfast made to order. There is 24/7 coffee, tea, hot chocolate, win, soft drinks
