Grand opening Grand failure!
The stay here wa abysmal because it was supposedly a grand opening that nobody knew about and nothing was ready. Rooms weren't clean and the hotel barely functions. This place is absolute trash and I will post a full review of this place on Google Maps

El hotel está en excelentes condiciones .. la comida deliciosa ..la alberca increíble .. así como la atención de todos y cada uno de los trabajadores del hotel .. limpio .. seguro y cerca de todo. La plaza cuenta con un área de niños en la cual mis hijas fueron felices.

4/5 de calificación. Todo muy bien con las instalaciones y el servicio, excelente la ubicación. Les hace falta servicio de valet así como mayor señalización en el estacionamiento para poder llegar al hotel. Otro punto importante es que el boleto de estacionamiento sería importante que lo cubra el hotel. Por todo lo demás muy bien, están empezando y si corrigen esos puntos mencionados sería calificación 5/5.

No es la mejor opción
Hotel nuevo, pero con muchas aspectos por mejorar, en la habitacion el AC no funciona bien, sensor de movimiento y de fuego con luces parpadeantes, cortina con aberturas, demasiada luz que impide el descanso, su cast tv no funciona, el edificio sigue en obra la limpieza es deficiente, estacionamiento sin convenio con el hotel, decenas de mejores opciones en León.

Pésima., reservamos una habitación King y nos dieron una con dos camas, nos cambiaron a otra y a esta no le servía el clima, las lámparas de cabecera, no prendia luz del escritorio, no prendía la pantalla de TV. Nos cambiaron a una tercera habitación y no servía el apagador de la recámara de la entrada de la habitación, el aire acondicionado hace demasiado ruido y solo trabajo unas horas. El bell boy nunca nos dio info a unos sed de cómo usar los apagadores y de la habitación y tampoco de la TVEn restaurante solo había en el desayuno tres mesas incluyendo la nuestra y triplicaron la orden de mi esposa , ósea, mi orden no fue lo que pedí, y a medio desayuno llegó el mesero con otra orden que era la que inicialmente había pedido mi esposa. El mayor lobby está fuera de servicio y el estacionamiento lo pagas aparte porque es de la plaza comercial

El único inconveniente es que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio.. Si quieres esracionarte tienes que pagar el estacionamiento de la plaza..
