Whitout hot water, ac, and finally without water
I paid for 4 nights, the first I didn't arrive because I missed my flight connection, the second when I arrived there was no hot water, they moved me to another room and there was no air conditioning, but I managed to take a shower after a long trip, I returned to the original room and I told them that during the day I won't be there and that they please fix the water, I'll arrive on a long day When I arrived at night at 8:30 pm, I asked the receptionist if they fixed the damage, and she said yes, but she didn't even know what my room was. In fact, I arrived to take a shower and there was no hot water, so I asked for key to bathe in another room so as not to move my things again with the idea that the next day they will fix it, the day passes and I arrive at night thinking that the water is already fixed, and to my surprise I was left soapy because it left Water. I had to ask again for the keys to another room to take a bath and I told them that I would keep the key because in the morning at 6am II would leave for the airport and I would need to take a bath again. The next day I tried to open that room door to take a shower and I couldn't open it, no matter how hard I tried, until a man from another room yelled stop at me, so I had to go back to the airport without taking a shower.

EXCELENTE HOTEL, LO MEJOR RELACIÓN CALIDAD PRECIO
Es un hotel nuevo, están padrisimas las instalaciones, es un hotel chico pero estupendo, alberca techada climatizada, las habitaciones muy padres, de muy buen gusto, con televisión Smart de súper tamaño, la de la habitación standar de 55 pulgadas y la de la suite de 75 pulgadas, increíble para un business clases. Súper excelente. Tuvimos un pequeño percance porque me querían cobrar un extra por el upgrade de la habitación, aunque por ser vip de hoteles.com el upgrade era gratis. Sin embargo exigí mi derecho y no me cobraron nada extra. En la suite me dieron un par de refrescos y una cerveza de cortesía, muy buen detalle. El desayuno bufet es muy limitado, un guisado, huevos, frijoles y chilaquiles, fruta y yogurt. Sin embargo no obstante ser limitado de opciones, las personas que cocinan se esmeran mucho y tienen un sazón delicioso, de casa. Un día hicieron un caldito de verduras con espinazo de cerdo que estaba delicioso. Todo el personal muy amable, la chica de recepción muy cortez, los meseros, los de seguridad, las señoras del aseo todos se esmeran para hacer un gran trabajo. Muy recomendable, en serio relación calidad precio está súper bien. Ojalá y lo sigan conservando siempre en tan buenas condiciones. Gracias a todos los colaboradores por su trabajo. Dios los bendiga siempre.

La habitación es cómoda y cuenta con lo necesario para una buena estancia. El personal amable en todo momento y el desayuno muy agradable para comenzar el día. Un poco distante del centro si se piensa ir caminando pero sin duda volvería a reservar
