You will discover it by visiting the surroundings, particularly through the landscapes, the wine regions or the architecture of the traditional houses. These two regions have an exceptionally rich historical past, traces of which they preciously preserve all along the Loire. These are the famous castles including Saumur, Brézé, Montreuil-Bellay, Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon, Langeais, Rigny-Ussé and the magnificent Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, all located within a 30 to 40 minute radius. The wine terroirs are also omnipresent in the region (Chinon, St Nicolas, Bourgueil, Saumur). Tasty tastings and cellar visits await you there!
