The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering for rent this charming 3-star-rated duplex converted from an 18th-century barn, with breathtaking views of the mountains and Matemale lake. Ski resort within walking distance! With a surface area of 60 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travelers and a baby, it features a pretty 22 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, including one located on a mezzanine accessible from the second bedroom, and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), games for children. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 22 m² living room with sofas, TV with free Netflix, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove with hob and oven, raclette and fondue set, Tassimo pod coffee maker...
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two bunk beds, with a staircase leading to a third mezzanine bedroom
- Bedroom 3: mezzanine with two single beds, accessible from bedroom 2 via a Japanese staircase
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Additional private facilities: selection of board games, books and DVDs, fans, ironing board and iron, deckchairs, parasol.
Additional equipment, to be shared with the tenants of the adjoining property: tumble dryer, barbecue, gas plancha and outdoor games. Parking and barbecue are organized around a shared courtyard.
