Not the best
It was a long walk from the centrum then there was dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. A poor kitchen with a lot of missing gadgets.
1.Fensterscheibe im Wohnraum großflächig gerissen.
2.Kein Toaster/Kaffeemaschine (in Beschreibung aber aufgeführt).
3.Tür lässt sich schwer öffnen/verschließen.
4.Zwei Schranktüren im Wohnraum nicht nutzbar, da verschlossen.
5.Der Staubsauger stinkt und saugt schlecht.
6.Toilettenbürste sehr verdreckt.
7.Kühlschrank-Beleuchtung defekt.
8.Stehlampe Glühbirne defekt.
9.Sofabezüge stark verschmutzt.
10.Der Esstisch sowie die Stühle waren extrem verschmutzt und sind sehr abgenutzt/beschädigt.
11.Der Teppichboden im gesamten Apartment hat sehr viele Flecken und ist unterhalb der Fußleisten überwiegend durch Farbreste verunreinigt.
12.Die Fußbodenleisten sind stark verschmutzt.
13.Alle Türen und Zargen sind verschmutzt und teilweise beschädigt.
14.Ungenügende Küchenausstattung/teilweise defekt.
15.Bad ohne Steckdose
Fazit:
Grundsätzlich bleibt festzuhalten, dass das Apartment in einem sehr renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand ist; das Mobiliar ist sehr abgenutzt und unhygienisch.
Die vorhandenen Bettdecken und Kopfkissen sind fleckig und verschmutzt.
Das Apartment wird für 5 Pers. angeboten, es gibt aber nur 4 Schlafplätze.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt war erfolglos.
Die Rezeption ist nicht zuständig und verweist an den Vermieter.
Mal etwas Positives:
Das Bad scheint recht neu zu sein und die Aussicht vom Balkon mit Nachmittags-/Abendsonne auf das Skigebiet ist grandios.

Nb : Manque qq couverts pour profiter du lave vaisselle / Manque une 2e poêle et une 2e casserole / Manque une grande couette pour le lit double de la chambre, serait plus pratique.

Very disappointing. No cleaning. Owner ignores contact
The apartment was not cleaned after the previous guests left despite the fact I paid 50 euros cleaning fee. Staff told us the owner did not inform about my arrival. Kitchen, toilet and bedrooms were very dirty and the apartment is in urgent need of refurbishment.
The owner does not reply any message and ignores the cleaning fee refund request.
I do not recommend this property at all.
L'appartement n'a pas été nettoyé après le départ des clients précédents malgré le fait que j'ai payé 50 euros de frais de ménage. Le personnel nous a dit que le propriétaire n'avait pas été informé de mon arrivée. La cuisine, les toilettes et les chambres étaient très sales et l'appartement a un besoin urgent d'être rénové.
Le propriétaire ne répond à aucun message et ignore la demande de remboursement des frais de ménage.
Je ne recommande pas du tout cette propriété.
