Good apartment, but communication could have been much better, and rather spoilt the experience.
Apartment was good. Good size for a ski apartment (at least for 2 adults and 2 children), and location is great (right on a main piste and fairly near the centre of the village).
The main downside was the communication with the owner. Firstly, there was some confusion about the start date for our booking. We thought for a couple of days before that we weren't going to have anywhere to stay for the first night. This was both stressful and meant a lot of time was spent trying to speak to the apartment owner and then homeaway customer services. Not great, just few days before Christmas. Although the problem got resolved it could have been handled much better and more quickly. Secondly, part of the security deposit (50 EUR) was withheld, for cleaning. However, the apartment was cleaned by us to at least the same standard as when we arrived. The home owner didn't respond to our email making this point.
