Large new chalet in the center of Deux Alpes - indoor pool and hammam

Our project was to transform the old school of the 2 Alps located at the foot of the slopes into 2 luxury semi-detached chalets. Our chalet "Le Préau" is located on the right side of the photo.
The work ended in December 2018, and we welcomed our first guests in February 2019.

• NEW CHALET built in 2018, 8 rooms on two floors, living area 250 m2
• IDEALLY LOCATED in the center of Les Deux Alpes resort at the foot of the slopes; ski lifts, ski schools, tourist office, restaurants, shops and supermarket in the immediate vicinity
• 6 BEDROOMS (15 PEOPLE) with adjoining bathroom / WC
• Heated INDOOR POOL (private) with hammam and Italian shower
• LARGE TERRACE on the R + 1 facing south + GARDEN in the DRC
• CLOSED GARAGE for 1 car, bikes etc., and 3 private outdoor parking lots

Excellent property in ideal location
The chalet was everything we could have asked for. Property manager was helpful and very efficient. The location was absolutely perfect for the Champame ski lesson meeting point - less than a 5 minute walk. Lots of local amenities nearby. A very spacious and well thought out chalet with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was ideal for the children after a morning of ski lessons. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing Chalet in a fantastic position!
We booked this chalet for a group of 3 families for a week’s ski holiday in February half term. After a long drive you walk through the door to an instant wow factor, the place is amazing! Decor and furniture are to a very high standard. The swimming pool and the steam room are a lot bigger than the pictures suggest and the kids loved it (even bigger kids)! All the bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms have large showers and just what’s needed after a day skiing. Location is perfect it’s not often you’ll get a chalet of this size in the middle of the village and a short walk away from a button lift. Gerard and Patrick were very helpful and suggested great restaurants, you also have an option for internal catering from the restaurant 50m away. All in all, a great trip and would 100% return. Très beau chalet, très confortable et parfaitement équipé. La piscine et le hammam sont la cerise sur le gâteau. À proximité de la luge d'été, manège, parc et supermarché ce qui est très pratique à pied avec de jeunes enfants.

Geweldige accommodatie
Wij verbleven in dit mooie, van alle gemakken voorziene huis met 14 sportvrienden om in Alpe d'Huez de Alpe d'HuZes te lopen. Het huis ligt een klein half uurtje met de auto bij Bourg d'Oisans (start van AD6) vandaan. Heerlijk rustig gelegen (veel accommodaties zijn dich in Les 2Alpes ) met de mogelijkheid om binnen afzienbare tijd de drukte van het evenement AD6 op te zoeken. Huis is heel mooi en fijn ingericht, het zwembad,de hammam en de tafeltennistafel maken het huis compleet.

Très belle location !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. Le chalet est spacieux, très bien équipé, et tout est en bon état de marche. Même la mitoyenneté n'a pas été un problème : nous n'avons eu aucune nuisance sonore. La personne en charge de notre arrivée et de notre départ est très sympathique et disponible pendant tout le séjour. Encore merci !

Très belle location pour grands groupes
Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la qualité de cette location. La déco a été faite avec soin et goût. L’équipement est très complet. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et le hamam après nos sorties randonnée ou vélo. Juste une suggestion d’amélioration: nous avons regretté de ne pas vraiment pouvoir apprécier la terrasse ensoleillée par manque de chaises longues (5 pour 12 personnes). La cour arrière pourrait être également mieux aménagée pour y manger en groupe. Nous conseillons cette adresse sans hésitation.

Excellent chalet
Superbe chalet, neuf, très bien équipé, grande cuisine et grand séjour accueillants, nombreuses chambres toutes avec salle de bain donc parfait quand on est nombreux. Piscine et hammam nickels, un grand plus en revenant de randonnée à pieds ou à vélo. De plus le chalet bien placé dans la station donc parfait pour les activités. Enfin, accueil parfait, Gérard a été très sympathique et nous a donné de précieuses informations sur la station qu'il connaît très bien. Bref, nous avons passé un super séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Malgré que la station s'est fermée le deuxième jour à cause de la pandémie mondiale nous avons quand même passé un très bon séjour. Le propriétaire Patrick a été top et s'est démené pour nous rendre le séjour agréable..Grand merci à lui Maxime,Valentin et François ,compagnes et enfants
