I had higher expectations given my VIP access/reservation. The hotel is an amazing one, but needs some further renovation including the elevators. I like it overall. "

My only feedback is for the hotel to focus on some details that would go a long way in making the place even better! If towels are dirty, please throw them out. It’s the price of business. And table cloths should be washed and new ones put on tables after each meal. Easy fixes that will go a long way in making everyone feel more at ease! "
