Inside, a ground floor living space with garden access benefits from a comfy sitting area with sofa, a well-equipped kitchen diner and a spacious double bedroom. From the living room, an open tread spiral staircase leads to a 2nd double bedroom with balcony access and an open mezzanine floor furnished with set of bunk beds, a single bed and offering access to the same sunny, wrap-around balcony.

Location

Situated along ‘254 Allée des Diligences’, guests are placed a few metres away from the Le Prarion ski lift and 2-10 minutes’ walk from the ski school, the tennis club, train station and Lac des Chavants fishing lake. The centre of Les Houches is 5 minutes’ drive away, whilst the Equestrian centre is 9 minutes’ drive away.

Just 14 minutes’ drive away, famous Chamonix boasts a wealth of ski and winter pursuits, as well as a buzzing resort centre with a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets to take advantage of. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will also be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of different bars and live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.

In the summertime, Chamonix is a great destination for hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, Adventure parks, paragliding and even water sports and golf; whilst in the wintertime, Chamonix provides the perfect setting for Skiing and Snowboarding; with schools, rental shops, pristine slopes, cross country routes and off-piste runs providing a great distraction for all abilities.

Excellent apartment close to Le Prarion lift
Really enjoyed the stay with really good accommodation. The only thing we would have liked is wifi, but apart from that very comfortable, good parking and so close to Le Prarion.

Les Houches family ski vacation
We had a lovely week together staying at this apartment. The location was perfect for my grandchildren to walk over to the ski club and for the adults to walk to the ski lift. Despite having no snow at the time of our visit we were able to enjoy a few days of skiing and the kids enjoyed the ski club. On the days we didn’t ski there were plenty of other activities to enjoy nearby. The layout of the apartment was perfect for our family. A few things were a little outdated but we had everything we needed and were very comfortable.

Un appartement en duplex idéal pour une famille ou un groupe
Nous étions 4, en famille, pour ces deux jours aux Houches. C était trop cool. L'appart est hyper bien tenu, propre et fonctionnel pour la cuisine et le reste. La situation de l'appartement est exceptionnelle : vous découvrez la chaîne du Mont en la regardant par vos fenetres ou depuis le jardin, directement us allez directement accessible depuis le rez-de-chaussée. Le duplex est bien pensé pour que chacun puisse vivre à son aise. Nous recommandons et nous y reviendrons !

Appartement spacieux tout équipé
Appartement spacieux sur 2 étages avec de la place même à 7 (nous étions 5) sauf peut-être la partie cuisine/salle à manger un peu juste. Équipement complet. Espace commun de la résidence permet aux enfants de jouer dehors sans risques. Bon service de la société de gestion sur place si questions. Nettoyage et mise à disposition des pass pour bus. Bon emplacement aux Houches à côté de l'étang, aire de jeux enfants, télécabine Prarion et une boulangerie.
