But La Casavella is an 18th-century farmhouse completely restored with biological materials in a totally respectful way with the environment respecting its rural style and making every effort so that it does not lack even the smallest detail.

Our project stems from the love of a family territory and the need to give it life and share it with others.
For us it is very important to respect the environment and nature. We have opted for sustainable rehabilitation using biological materials such as wood, natural fibers, lime and renewable energy.
Following this criterion, we have decided to recycle and restore furniture and other objects to furnish and decorate the house and use air conditioning with aerothermal heat that brings heat in winter and coolness in summer.

Our house has all the comforts you need, combining the modern with the rustic so that you connect with the country life.
We have satellite wifi.
The farm is isolated and located in a high area with sporadic views of the region and is equipped with several hectares where you can closely observe the cows grazing with their calves, other animals in the area and plants that grow naturally around the house. We are also 5 minutes drive from the city center!

We offer cleaning service for stays longer than 3 nights.

The whole house is rented for groups of 13 people +2. On the lower floor
there is a room with adapted bathroom that can accommodate 2 extra people on a double sofa bed.
