On the ground floor, you will find an entrance, with corridor, leading to a living room with sofa and television, communicating with a large kitchen with table, and including an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator, opening onto a rear terrace with garden table.
In the basement, you will find a 140x190 cm bedroom opening onto a terrace and foot washer, a bathroom with a shower cubicle and hand basin, a laundry room with a washing machine, a washer-dryer and a tumble dryer. You will have at your disposal a freezer and a separate toilet.
On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and an extra 90x190 mattress and television, communicating with a second bedroom with a 160x200 bed with sofa with its bathroom with bathtub and shower, television, separate closed water

This beautiful typical Sablaise house offers quick access to the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne, to the city center, as well as to the shops (Arago market, Les Halles market.....).

Many activities will be planned for the period of July and August to entertain you after a beautiful day at the beach!
You still have the Talmont Saint Hilaire Aquarium a few kilometers away and the famous Puy du Fou 1h30 from here.

Très bon séjour
Location très bien située pour profiter de la plage et des Sables d’Olonne et tout faire à pied. La maison est belle, très spacieuse et confortable

Magnifique maison de ville avec un emplacement idéal pour une famille voulant profiter de la plage ,du marché et du centre ville. A ce niveau le top ! Cependant , nous avons souffert du chauffage inadapté et non contrôlable dans les chambres(à part une privilégiée...) donc à envisager pour un séjour hivernal.. La gestion par l agence ne nous a absolument pas satisfaits: j aurais eu un boîtier avec des explications dans l entrée , l accueil aurait été plus efficace....
