This villa can accommodate 6 people and is fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.
It consists of a spacious living room with a wood stove, overlooking the heated swimming pool and the terrace.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for cooking: kettle, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, etc. It is practical and functional, ideal for cooking delicious meals!
Also an adjoining utility room with sink, refrigerator and washing machine, as well as separate WC.

There are two bright adjoining bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe and 2 bunk beds for teh second one. A bathroom separates these two bedrooms and has a towel dryer and a hairdryer for your comfort. You will find another master bedroom with 160 bed, wardrobe and bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit.

Outside, you can enjoy a heated swimming pool and the terrace equipped with a garden table, sun loungers and an electric awning. At the back of the house, you can enjoy a living room with sofa and armchairs to sip a cocktail at nightfall, after a day of sightseeing or at the beach. A gas plancha is available for unforgettable barbecues and a play area for children complete the outdoor facilities of this superb accommodation!
You can park your car and store your bikes in the garage as well as in front of the house.
The garage is equipped with a separate toilet.

5 minutes by car from Les Sables d'Olonne train station.
10 minutes by car from the main beach in Les Sables d'Olonne, the Halles market and the town centre.
