The Good and The Bad
The staff were excellent. We had the cover on the ironing board fall apart making a huge mess on the floor. On our way to breakfast we mentioned this to the front desk clerk. Tirty minutes later when we returned to our room themess was vacumned up and a new cover on the board. The room was clean however the vent covers on the heater and the bathroom vent had dust accumulation. Like so many places this one gets missed. Overall a great place to stay.

We’ve been staying at the Ramada Lethbridge for many years and will continue to come back. Its clean, conveniently located, great service, lovely breakfast and so many more perks. Even gave us the use of their boardroom to play cards.

No, thank you. We found gum stuck to our bed post, a moldy paper cup in the bathroom, stains dripping down the wall beside the bed. When we phoned to ask for clean cups, we were told to come and get them. The bed was lumpy and the pillows weren’t great. Stay somewhere else.

This was a perfect spot for an overnight stay in Lethbridge. Price was right, room was clean and could walk to restaurant options. Also had a nice view which I wasn’t expecting.

Service at the front desk was efficient but not overly friendly. The rooms are kind of dark and dingy (the whole hotel is actually), and the chairs in my room had stains on them. For the money, I guess it was okay. The breakfast was decent and the gal who was in charge of it was friendly.

Room is cozy which is nice. Lobby, public traffic areas could use upgrade. Breakfast is minimal and crowded layout. Coffee in the room and at breakfast is really bad (ie weak).
