Come and discover this lovely 40 m² flat in Leucate, ideally located in a quiet, pleasant residence facing the sea! Close to the town centre and all its activities and amenities, this pied-à-terre is the perfect place to stay for up to 4 people.
You'll have a lovely living room with a lounge area, an enclosed loggia with a dining table for enjoying a good meal overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a shared garden.
Private parking space. Bed linen and towels provided. Pets welcome at extra cost. Extra bed for a child available on request.

The flat :
Located on the 1st floor accessible by a staircase, the south-east facing accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful, light-filled living room with a sitting area featuring a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV and dining area in an enclosed, east-south facing loggia with a convivial dining table that can seat up to 4 people for a good meal facing the sea!
- A functional, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker...

Sleeping area:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and plenty of storage space.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and hairdryer.
- Separate WC

Communal areas in the residence :
- A large garden planted with trees with direct access to the seafront promenade and the water mirror!

Ideally located in a quiet, pleasant residence with plenty of footpaths, you'll be just 30 m from the beach and close to the town centre and all its shops: bakery, butcher, mini-market, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Superbe emplacement face à la mer, à 10 min à pied du port et des commerces/restaurants. Appartement propre et extrêmement agréable. Propriétaires très gentils. Petit bémol : Prix de l'appartement quand même très cher avec une grosse augmentation depuis notre autre séjour l'an passé.

Appartement loué pendant un week end, Bien situé sur la plage. hôte très gentille et accueil chaleureux. Juste attention au clic clac qui peut basculer sur le coté (gérable mais mettre le plus lourd du bon coté ^^ et c etait un peu delicat pour ma part de trouver du reseau 3g/4g...donc venir pour se deconnecter c est mieux. sinon tout est ok! Nous avons bien profite de notre séjour et admiré la jolie vue sur la terrasse. Merci beaucoup
