Advertised a jacuzzi and it was out of service. Front desk should have mentioned it before check in or offered a slight discount. I don’t get to take too many trips and this was a HUGE disappointment.

It’s my 3rd time or more staying here and I most say it’s very close to the Pellston Airport. The environment is clean and fresh. I the staff is very helpful and understanding. I will recommend this Lodge to anyone.

It was such a relaxing and homey environment. It was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and kind, all over I truly did not want to leave. It was our 1 year anniversary trip and to say I want this to become bi-annual would be an understatement. It felt like more of a home than my own.

Didn't have conditioner available & the hot parts of the breakfast was gone almost an hour before breakfast was over. That said, the lodge was very clean, staff was friendly and the room was a GREAT value for the area.

Good jumping off spot for Mackinaw, Petosky etc. Particularly, if you are flying in/out late or early. As nice as anything in Mackinaw City.

The hot tub was broken down, the vending machine was broken down. The place was not clean for the price they charge. We had a clump of hair in our bathtub!

No elevator. Had to lug two bags up a staircase. Breakfast very limited and had nothing I wanted to eat. No USB outlets at all for charging devices without a brick adapter. Electrical outlets not convenient to the bed. The television is laughably small.
