The problem was the room I reserved wasn’t ready. I was told it was still being cleaned. Waited over a half hour to be told they had cleaned the wrong room and it was gonna be even longer unless I wanted a different room. Took the different room that was a downgrade from the room I reserved. The only bright side was the check in clerk was awesome and very apologetic.

Great hotel, convenient to Bates College and downtown Lewiston and Auburn. Kids had a blast in the small, clean indoor pool. Front desk staff very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor sitting area behind the hotel.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it’s never been a great experience. Not bad, but a blah experience in a relatively high priced hotel. Parking is always bad.
