Picking up my son from college so it was just one night. The lady at the front desk was helpful. Suggested a great place for dinner. My daughter said it felt more like we were at someone's home than a hotel when we walked in because the front area was decorated for Christmas and very inviting.

Great customer service. The night clerk was a very nice lady. Accessible room was clean. Would recommend a lower bathroom sink for handicapped and accessible shower was a little different, mounted in middle of the shower, so you couldn't stand or sit under the spray, it has a great handheld but the option wasn't there for spouse to have a regular shower. Maybe install traditional fixtures as well. Shower seat is mounted to wall and is a little to hi for short person to use, almost slid off trying to use seat so that wasn't an option, so couldn't get a much needed good shower, had to make do. Toilet was loose from floor and rocked a little upon use, reported to the nice lady, said she'd see to it. Good breakfast buffet, reported to nice lady was good and warm first day but ice cold second day, warmed in microwave was good. She said someone may not have turned up the buffet warmers, she would take care of it. Overall good stay for budget price

The staff and management were friendly and accommodating with a few requests due to extended stay. Fantastic for the price. Parking was a bit of a challenge but it was managable. The facility is under remodel but it was not noisy. Pool was indoor but not heated. I would stay here again.

Would Not Recommend or Visit Again
I stayed here twice and both times were not good experiences. The bathroom sinks don't drain properly, there are sewer flies in the rooms, there is a musty smell in every area of the hotel, the wifi is not capable of streaming any movie/tv show, and the check-in process was frustrating. I waited over 40 minutes for someone to come to the front desk when I arrived to check-in. I always stay more than once before forming an opinion of a place unless it was unforgivably bad. This hotel was bad both times I stayed while in town for work.

Renovating and yet clean
The hotel is still doing renovations and isn’t in the best area. If you are okay with a strip club, gas stations and a McDonald’s close by, then this is your place. The staff was helpful and the room was relaxing and clean. The shining moment was realizing that my room window had a perfect view of the morning sunrise.

We checked in on Friday around 10 pm and the lady at the front desk was so sweet! After a long day she has us lugging. The cleaning staff was onsite the next day as late as 6pm making sure the spaces were clean and nice.
