We stayed at this hotel the weekend of February 28th, 2025. This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Not only did one of our friends find bed bugs in their room, but our room had bright red blood on the bedspread and the bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. To top it off, the staff had the audacity to bring my daughter, her friends, and their mothers cleaning supplies, a broom and dust pan, asking THEM to clean the common/dining area! I guess you’ll continue to have a filthy hotel when you expect your paying guests to double as your cleaning crew. Not only will Inever stay at this hotel again, I’ll never stay with this entire chain of hotels.

Upon arrival everything smelled clean. Checked in and was told theres no hot tub as advertised, the pool was cold, there was no toilet paper in our room also not a single washcloth, the jetted tub we paid for didnt even hold water. There was 1 light over the sink in the bathroom that worked. There was multiple light bulbs missing in our room and all throughout the hotel. There was hairs and stains all over our sheets, we killed multiple fleas in our room and still ended up with bites all over me. Its very run down with a lot of "lipstick". The staff was very nice. Overall, one of the worst hotels I've stayed in and I'd definitely never recommend it to anyone else.

Staff & breakfast was great ! The manager said he couldn't do anything about the condition of the room. Room was clean-all paper coming down, curtain shredded on outside,Frig hard to get into. ceiling in bathroom & main room was peeling. toilet seat unstable.

I was disappointed upon arrival, hotel exterior looked dated in my opinion and website photos looked like it was brand new. Booked room with whirlpool tub. Only problem was the jets looked like they were working until you get in. No pressure from the jets to massage your back or sore muscles. It barely moved the water around. I did complain to the front desk. They apologized fir the inconvenience and only charged me for a regular room. Appreciated the upgrade refund, but was disappointed because we were looking forward to the whirlpool after driving 12 hours to get there on our way home

The carpet was sticky, the tub was crackling and stained, bottom of shower curtain was stained, only had towels for 2, and the art had water marks. The furniture was scratched up and the bathroom door dragged/hard to close. The bed was comfortable though!

In the advertisement, it shows that they have a is jacuzzi with a swimming pool there was not jacuzzi and the hot tub was not working right it was coming a part in the room the ceiling was chipping away. The AC didn't work properly. Other than that, the stay was very quiet and the staff was very friendly. But you shouldn't have to pay for something that they don't have.

Overpriced and underdelivered.
Booked this hotel for Indoor pool and Hot Tub (as advertised). Hot tub no longer exists (can see it was at one time) and pool was being warmed by way of a garden hose running through the hall. Payed an extra $40+ a night for the advertised hot tub. Room needs updating also. TV remote barely worked, blinds wouldn’t close fully, toilet ran constantly. I’ll never understand why you put two towels in a room built for four. To be fair none of this was raised to the staff. Don’t think it would have made much difference though. Way overpriced for what you get.
