Dissappointed and tired
I arrived to check in and drop my bags, I had trouble with the key, the manager helped me get in the room. I returned with my wife 3 hours later and we could not get in the room with our bags. The manager put us in another room until someone could open the door. I retrieved my bags at midnight. Next morning we had no hot water for shower. Worst stay in years.

Whoever rated this property as a 4 1/2 stars should be fired. The photo on your site shows a very nice office. Well, it's closed down, locked up tight, the paint is peeling, the signs are gone and the roof is collapsing. The office is up at the motel, no signage directing to the office. The room definitely does not look like the photo on your site. It is small, musty smelling and noisy. This is my first time on Expedia. I stupidly trusted the site. I don't travel often but I'm not sure that I would use your site again.

The room was clean but had a pet smell to it. The property looked like it could use a makeover. The entrance to the hotel could be marked better. You have to drive thru an abandoned restaurant parking lot to get to the hotel. The place is not worth the price. Won't stay there again.

Staff was great, bathroom was very clean but rest needed abit more, rug needed sweeping and computer chair was completely sticky which was easily cleaned with warm water, microwave had not been cleaned at all. Linen on the bed was completely clean, not sure what happened maybe housekeeper got called away and forgot to finish.

Needs a Mothers Touch
The room was a pet friendly room. But still had to reclean the room. Furniture was dusty. Thr alarm clock hadnt been dusted long enough to collect at least 1,/2 inch of dust. The muck buildup at the bottom of tile was slimmy as it had not been bleached clean. Other than that the hotel anf staff were ok.

The room was not clean TV was splattered with something not sure what. Very old carpet and furnishings. Badly in need of upgrade. Creepy closed restaurant in front of it causes very bad impression. Upper floors had drapes that were torn all to pieces. It's in desperate need of remodel. We checked out a day early and lost one night of fees was glad to get home and away from that.

Room was dirty and mildewed. The chair in the room Next to the ac was cover in mildew only needed one bed so put the comforter over the chair so it didnt blow mildew into the air. Toilet was dirty, stink bugs like 20-30 of them in the curtains. Definitely would not stay again or recommend anyone to stay here.
