Great hotel in Frankfort
If you're in town for distilleries, this is a good base camp. The staff is very nice, the breakfast is better than expected, the rooms are clean, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

It was nice but I chose this room for the hot tub advertised and when we got there no hot tub We were running a half Marathon ..which was the reason for being in the area ...disappointing.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was standard for free. Staff was nice. Just didn't feel that everything in the room was in perfect working order. For example the top drawer on one dresser kept opening and the fridge kept falling forward when you open the door. But the bed was comfortable. Didn't like that Marriott's policy is to limit the number of towels that you can have.

Our room hadn't been cleaned. Messy beds and trash on the wastebasket. When i asked for a new room all they were willing to do was give me a clear tradh bag to empty the trash. I was not offered another room or a discount. Plus we had other issues but no one wantwd to address it.

The elevators were not working, the toilet flushed for 5 minutes after the initial flush, there was a light shining right in our window from the parking lot, pillows were hard and no non dairy creamer, muffins or sweets at breckfast

Arrived late after a 15 hr drive and the people above me were stomping around and running up on the hallways until 1 AM. Had to call the front desk three times to get them to stop.
