Overall, everything was fine. The outside and common areas are clean and look newly renovated. Our room was clean and the floors looked to be new vinyl plank. We liked that the sink was separate from the toilet/shower. The toilet/shower room needs some updating and an exhaust fan.

When we arrived after the designated check-in time, our rooms were not ready. When they finally finished "cleaning" them, we went into the rooms, and they were still dirty. In one of my rooms, the surfaces were covered with stray hairs. The other room had dirty towels from the previous guests still in the bathroom, in the tub. We noticed as nightfall began, there was more traffic in and out of the hotel; girls that were scantily dressed with drunken men coming from the Gentlemen's club next door, and strange paranoid people going in and out of certain rooms every hour. In the morning, we woke up at about 6:00 AM and the entire floor smelled of marijuana. We were extremely disappointed by this and checked out after 1 night stay. We are requesting a refund.

No elevator, no one to carry bags, bathroom slippery floor, no place to put your cosmetics in bathroom, grounds were not clean-smoking at entrance. Employees unhelpful and we had to take handicap room to stay on first floor, then had to move the next night. Very little water pressure to take a shower. Floor unsafe in bathroom and no handrail.
