Safety Hazard ~ plug hanging "out" of wall~ desk chair needed steam cleaning ~ toilet ran when you flushed ~ black on outlet cover, perhaps wiring issue? NO HEAT...would only go to 80, then had to turn AC to cool off. No sleep at all..Checked out early the next morning & refund refused..still waiting on Expedia to find out why...now 3 weeks ago. They refused, at first, now Expedia said they contacted hotel..Why they have a "8" star rating, I don't know...

Very friendly staff at check in. I’ve stayed here many times and have always enjoyed my stay. I think for the price it is a great deal. The room was comfortable and clean. There is some wear on the carpet but it’s not bad enough to sway me to stay somewhere else much more expensive.

We always stay at this hotel when passing through. The staff is great, room is clean, it's very close to food and shopping and the free breakfast is good.
