Checked in at 4;30 PM and was told room wasn't ready not cleaned by staff. Given an up grade. Room had mold like substance in shower stall.. Only operating ice machine was on 3rd floor, we were on 2nd. Breakfast was the same both days and very poor selection Who is going to read this? No one really cares, but I wrote it

This is hands down the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! EXCELLENT customer service every single day. The hotel itself is clean, no complaints at all. I wish I could take the staff and hotel to every city I stay in!!

No cups or glasses. No lids for coffee by front desk. Only one set of towels, had to ask for 2nd set. They offer free LYFT from airport but night clerk wasnt authorized to request it. Much of holltel is nice but could use newer touches.
