We checked into the room and it was dirty and not vacuumed. There was trash left in the floor such as bottle tops, old snacks, etc. The indoor pool was not heated and cold, which was disappointing for the kids. A portion of the parking lot was blocked off and so we had to park in the parking lot next door, which happened to be a “Hustler Hollywood”. And our neighbor was smoking what smelled to be an illegal substance next door to us, which is very concerning because we had two small children with us. Overall disappointed

Five star staff
This was my second time checking in here and again the staff is always so kind and amazing! They are really the sweetest. The room was clean and we were even able to check in early. The pool is the perfect size and I love they thought to add showers and restrooms right there. Great place to stay with your family or friends.

If there was thicker pillows, I’d give it a 5. The hotel was very clean, slight odor in hall and stairwell that was very unpleasant.

I stayed for 6 nights. Housekeeping never came and cleaned my room. When I checked in they put me in a room that was obviously not ready and then switched. On the 4th night I had no toilet paper or clean towels so they tried to move me to room 116 beside a conference room where a big party was going on. Then I ended up staying in my old room The next night I came back and I couldn’t get in the room because the deadbolt had spring. They finally got me in to get my things and moved me to a different room and promised that housekeeping would come the next day. Housekeeping did not come. Staff was very nice. But this was ridiculous. When I checked in i had requested to have housekeeping come every day. Again. Staff was very nice and I did get credited for two nights. But I still had to deal with moving my things around.

I didn't like the 3rd shift guy partying in the back lot with all the hotel drunks and prostitutes. It was literally right outside the door to my room. Totally unprofessional. I'll never stay again.

I was disappointed with our room. We got in late and once we checked in, got our stuff in our room, and went to bed. However, before we even climbed into bed my daughter’s top comforter and mine had stains on it. She pulled back the covers and the heavy white comforter had disgusting stains on it. We asked for a new one and that had stains on it. The morning we woke up and lights on and discovered the other things. Food of some sort on my head board, stains on walls by coffee machine, coffee maker was fool of old coffee grounds, not enough toilet paper, stains on towels, and other things. I emailed and called the manager, and he never responded back!

The staff was very nice the only thing I had a problem was where they didn’t clean our room everyday but other than that everything was good
