Mold. Mold.And more mold. Furniture facing coming apart with all the moisture in our room. Mold on the walls of the bathroom. Shortage of towels. Very limited breakfast. My family have stayed here once a year, for many years so we can attend our family reunion. This will be our last stay.

Staff was very friendly. Limited breakfast choices. Pool door always unlocked anyone can come in through the pool door and have access to the hotel. If you need drinking water you can only access the water during breakfast or purchase frozen water from the vending machine. Our toilet was clogged and you can tell they knew about it as they came right away with a new toilet when we told the front desk. The pool water burned your eyes and there was black mold on the side walls. The entire family sneezed all weekend while in the hotel but was fine outside of it only pros were the staff was super friendly.

Immediately the guy checking us in was condescending. The room was damp and musty. The towel rack was falling off the wall, the bathroom floor was dirty with boot foot prints. Just gross all around.

If you wear a respirator, it was a typical cheap hotel. If you don't wear a respirator then you get to smell and see the mold and hope you don't die. I will have to report this to the health department since it is a public safety issue.

Problems with 3 different key cards .First room lock did not operate. Other card did not work twice. 4 trips to desk.. room had body odor. Toilet did not flush well ..I fixed water inlet tube into tank valve.Breakfast was poor .Waffles, cereal,yogurt ,old oranges ,no fruit next day.coffee out all at 9am. Elevators out 2nd day ! Archaic other elderly customer called It ! Pool area needs work.. No towels 2days in a row. Had to get from front desk. Front 2 sets of entry doors open all the time wasting energy and insects in at front desk ! Needs more than 1 employee ! Room was clean . Maid did not check to see if needed anything 2nd day.even though across hall cleaning other room. Had very small bottle of shampoo and other was lotion ! Not conditioner ! Toilet was main issue with room ! Took forever to fill up and flushing was almost like not good at all. Probably alot of overflowed toilets ! Anyway room was clean and beds good...You pay for what you get ,recommend other place to stay as there are alot around Lexington Nc....

MOLD THROUGH OUT THE ROOM. The floors were so sticky I had to keep my shoes on to walk. Linens were stained. I have pictures I would be happy to provide. Horrible!!!

Staff were very nice and pool looked clean. Our door was difficult to unlock and the key had to be recoded twice (even though it was never kept near electronics.) The back door wouldn’t latch properly even though there was a sign warning about a bear sighting in the area and to keep it latched.

Avoid this place
It's what you can expect for the price: an old musty smelling hotel. Had difficulty turning on lights and tv. In the morning the elevator had strong odor of urine. My wife reported this and was met with disinterest. Breakfast was more pitiful than expected. Will avoid quality inns at all costs in future. Not worth it.
