I would have given it 5 stars but we did have some issues. It is a recently renovated old brick building and I love the industrial look. It looks just like the pictures and I was pleased with that. But when we got up the next morning to take showers, our room did not have hot water in the shower. I wouldn’t even say it reached luke warm. When we told the receptionist that was on duty that morning as we were leaving for breakfast, she said you just have to let it run for a while and we said we did and that we both even took showers and it never got warm. All she said was “oh, I’m sorry”. Didn’t offer to do anything about it. We went on about our day and came back before dinner and my husband tried the shower again…never got warm after letting it run for several minutes. So he said something to the front desk again (different person this time) and she sent maintenance to our room who after looking at the shower said he will have them give us a different room. When we walked into the room they switched us to and put our stuff down, we immediately noticed that there was some kind of dust or debris from the ceiling that had fallen all over the bed and tables in the room so we had to go down to reception and have them give us yet another room. So with that being said, they still have some kinks to work out. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay.
