The staff was amazing. Expedia on the other hand was the absolute worst to deal with. Confirmation double the rate, customer service was unwilling to help on the phone for almost an hour to resolve the problem they made.

The faucet in the bathroom did not have any pressure. It was a trickle. Also the handicap shower he had no idea how to turn on the showerhead.

After being charged for my one-night stay by Expedia, I was also charged twice by the hotel. I am still waiting for one charge to fall off. Expedia’s rate was higher than the hotel’s rate even after applying $9.99 from my rewards balance. Being charged more by Expedia left me feeling pretty sad. I’ve always trusted their rates. Regarding the stay—The property was okay for a short stay. Bedding was clean, and bed was okay. Breakfast was good. Overall, not a terrible stay but there were some cosmetic repairs and/ or maintenance needed in the room I stayed in (damaged to wall in corner of room/ mold possibly).

Great place for overnighter
It was perfect for our needs. Just an overnight stay. We got in late and the Concierge knew who was still open that would deliver a pizza. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, they allowed our dog, the room was reasonably priced and they served the usual continental breakfast. So, it was perfect for us. If you are looking for a working swimming pool and an updated look this one isn't your stop.
