Enjoy open spaces with beautiful sunsets, visit with alpacas, sit around the firepit, or play a game of air hockey! The farmhouse is ideal for time on the lake, unwinding in the country and visiting Miami. There are three bedrooms all upstairs, with a sleeper sofa down. The bathroom is on the main floor. Ample parking for boats and just 3 miles to the water. Annual flowers galore, when in bloom and the farm has quite the light display over the holidays! Grocery delivery available.

Charming farmhouse
We really enjoyed this updated farmhouse with all of the amenities. Great communication, easy check in. Beautifully updated kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. Loved seeing the alpacas! Will come again!

Peaceful and Beautiful
My wife and I spent the weekend at the Farmhouse and it was awesome. The home provided a nice base to visit with our nephew, a freshman at Miami University. We loved how peaceful it was and sunsets were spectacular.

This home is in a beautiful, peaceful setting and is equipped with everything you need. Our plans for the weekend fell through but we were able to entertain my 2 year old granddaughter with the games and puzzles in the game room. She was thrilled that she got to meet the adorable alpacas. Thank you for sharing your home!

We had a wonderful visit to the farmhouse get-away. The house was very well appointed and a great place to spend time both indoors and outdoors. We typically bring a separate suitcase with us filled with kitchen items to ensure we have what we need -- and we didn't even need to open the bag!! We visited with the alpacas across the street and Suzanne was very informative! We enjoyed feeding the alpacas and seeing all the wonderful items that are made from their fleece. I highly recommend the farmhouse get-away!

Kind, friendly hostesses. Enjoyed tour of your fun llama farm and craft shop. Nice assortment of kitchen dishes and appliances. Air hockey table was a fun addition for the young adults in our party.

Fall Farmhouse Girls Weekend
Our stay was perfect! 5 friends were able to just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet! The views were gorgeous and the Alpaca Farm across the street was the cherry on top! We were also able to visit the farm with the owner and had the opportunity to shop in her store with all the wonderful Alpaca products and more! It was such a joy! We spent time playing games, making dinners, enjoying drinks on the back deck and around the fire! It was truly a very enjoyable weekend! The host and her family do a wonderful job!

Secluded charming farmhouse
We stayed there to visit Jungle Jims in Cincinnati & go to the Air Force Museum. This is a perfect in-between location. The house was very clean and well taken care of, plenty of room for 6 or more people even though it was just the 2 of us. Beautiful surrounding area, lots of parks and trails nearby if you enjoy hiking or outdoor activities. Host was friendly and quick to respond. Would highly recommend staying here.

Gorgeous old home
No negative notes of note. If you are a large or tall person like me, the non-master beds are low so they may be difficult to get out of. Adjust the thermostat before bed, as it got down to 58 on us our first night and was quite chilly. Also, no bathroom is upstairs, but for us, it wasn't that inconvenient. Closet space in the non-master bedrooms seemed a little limited but again, not an issue of significance. Binder is great on check-in with everything you might need.

Field of dreams
We stayed here before dropping off our freshman at Miami - an easy 20 min drive away. This restored farmhouse is better than a 4 star hotel. Impeccable decor, comfortable beds and everything you could possibly need. The bonus was the air hockey table for one last competition with our son. The house is surrounded by farmland making for a bright and inviting view from every window. Very peaceful and quiet street. My family adored our stay and can’t wait to come back. (One caveat is that there is no bathroom upstairs where the bedrooms are - if navigating stairs at night isn’t your thing keep this in mind). The owner gives so much helpful information and makes it so easy to enjoy the surrounding little towns. We are now in love with this part of Indiana.
