I stayed at the hotel the staff very very helpful and pleasant . I thought the English breakfast didn’t have much variety and the sausages were very hard but overall I enjoyed the stay at the hotel and would stay again

Great weekend stay
Great customer service from the minute we set foot in the hotel. The staff were all friendly and always said hello, from the reception, bar staff, breakfast staff and house keeping. Breakfast was included in the price and there was cereal, toast, cooked breakfast, tea, coffee and juices. They had a bar which was 24 hours (not really cheap, roughly £16 for a pint and a double), but still ok. They also served fresh pizza, burgers, pastas etc, all lovely and hot and tasty. Double room was big with a kettle, coffee etc, an iron and ironing board.. Really clean and comfortable.

Booked to stay do we could visit the Michelin star restaurant in Lichfield. Short inexpensive taxi ride into Lichfield. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Grab bags were a great idea. Would recommend

Staff attentive and friendly. Had to leave 06:00 on our checkout day knowing we'd miss an excellent breakfast. Valentin on reception organised a 'take out breakfast for us within minutes.The gesture and the breakfast was really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
