This detached holiday home for a maximum of 11 people is located in Liebenfels in Carinthia, in the middle of nature on a large Berber horse stud farm, and offers two complete, separate and fully furnished apartments on 2 floors. The ecologically built wooden holiday home is located at 1250 m above sea level in a secluded location in the middle of the Willows.

The large 76 m² apartment on the ground floor can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people and an open and fully equipped kitchen. The small apartment with 45m² on the upper floor can accommodate a maximum of 3 people and has a large bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a sofa bed and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The wooden holiday home also has 2 terraces.

The wooden holiday home is surrounded by pure nature and wonderful hiking and riding trails. The state capital Klagenfurt, the famous Wörthersee and Italy are only 30 minutes away by car. The Simonhöhe, a hiking and biking paradise and in winter the nearest ski area with 15 kilometers of slopes and 7 lifts, can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Other well-known ski areas such as the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area with 103 kilometers of slopes and the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area with 52 kilometers of fully snow-covered slopes can also be easily reached in about 1 hour by car.

In summer, the Kraigersee in Frauenstein, the Urbansee in Sankt Urban, the idyllic Goggausee in Steuerberg or the Längensee in Sankt Georgen offer lots of swimming fun! You can also reach the famous Wörthersee in approx. 15-20 kilometers by car.

Directly in Liebenfels or in Sankt Veit an der Glan there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
