77 km north of Joensuu, Lake Käränkälampi 130 m (length 2 km, width 1,5 km). No connection to the shore. Wood cottage 2008, kitchen-living room, 1 bed room down stairs with double bed and one bed room upstairs with 2 beds, sleeping gallery with sofa bed, washroom, sauna (elec. stove), terrace. Cozy and high standard cottage near the lake Käränkälampi. The cottage doesn't have own shore. The cottage is suitable for downhill and cross-country skiers, Ukko-Koli slopes 8 km. Lighted cross country ski trail 400 m. There are 2 separate toilets; one downstairs and other upstairs. There is also a hair dryer and toaster. Charcoal grill. 2,5 km to the beach of lake Pielinen (Merilänranta). Cottage is for max 4 adults and 2 children, not for 5-6 adults.

Tunnelmallinen metsämajoitus
Rauhallinen sijainti, todella metsäisä. Oikeen muakva tunnelma syyslomien aikaan, mutta tuo mukanasi kynttilöitä tuomaan tunnelmaa! Keittiövarustuksessa puutteita, mikäli kyseessä 6 hengen seurue. Hädin tuskin riitti neljälle, niin piti vään kikkailla. Ymmärrettävästi astioita rikkoutuu, mutta toivottavasti majoittavaa tekee tämän perusteella päivitystä ja asia korjaantuu! Siisti, mukava majoitus etenkin kaveriporukalle, mutta jos mukana on yökukkujia tai iltaunisia, voi ohuet seinät olla meluriski. Joten uniselle korvatulpat mukaan!
