Mixed bag
The house is large with well-stocked kitchen and many areas for relaxing, eating and sleeping. We did not know we had to reserve the bedding ahead of time, so had no bedding the first night. This may have partly be due to lack of clear communication as the owner's English was not strong. The house also was not as clean as we would have liked and some elements were not working properly, such as one shower. The washing machine was not available (as it is shared) when we wanted to use it.

Perfect in every way
6 of us rented this home from Marcel. He let us check in early and the house was perfect for us. Beds were totally comfortable, remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Extremely clean and cozy but spacious. Only 20 minutes to Mosel valley.

Zeer ruime woning met prima bedden en ruim voldoende sanitair. Behulpzame gastheer. Er was een garage voor onze racefietsen.Perfect voor een weekend weg met vrienden in prachtige omgeving.

Liesenich
Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, einige Heizkörper funktionierten nur noch eingeschränkt, Wohnzimmer ist leider nicht zu nutzen, da es permanent muffig riecht. Bettwäsche sollte man mitbringen und lieber nicht ausleihen. Küche ist für eine größere Gruppe sehr gut geeignet, genügend Geschirr und Töpfe. Kühlscharnk ist leider schon etwas alt, sodass die Lebensmittel immer feucht sind, da die Kühlung nicht mehr funktioniert.

Großes Haus mit Garten
Großes Haus mit Garten. Ein kleiner Grillplatz und ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch vorhanden. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, Ausflugsziele wie die Burg-Cochem sind mit dem Auto in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Es hätte einen kleines bisschen sauberer sein können. Aber im großen und ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt, auch die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Sehr netter Gastgeber.

Es kommt immer auf die Sicht des Betrachters an.Wenn man viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und eingepflegtes Ambiente legt,wird man enttäuscht.Wenn man den Fokus auf die Kinder legt, die nicht unbedingt vorsichtig sein müssen,ist es in Ordnung.Der Garten war gepflegt,der Grill (nach Reinigung) okay.

Wij familieleden die alle op de motor hebben gereden , broers/zwager/neef/ nichtje/ vriendinnen van. Hebben een lang weekend genoten van de mooie omgeving en t zeer ruime en mooi huis. Met grote tuin serre etc.

Super geräumiges Haus, großer Esstisch für alle, Wintergarten top mit Anschluss an Terasse(Raucher!) Klasse Vermieter(wohnt auch dort, nervt aber nicht) Haben Zweite Kaffeemaschine mitgenommen(Erfahrung) Kurven fangen vor der Haustür an. Toll!!!

Das Haus ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Rolläden und Türen funktionieren nicht. Die Fliesen heben sich ab. Fenster undicht. Außerdem wurde das Haus nicht gereinigt. Der Fußboden war dreckig, der Kühlschrank voller Schimmel, im Bad noch die Spuren unserer Vorgänger sichtbar. Dusche unbenutzbar, da Abfluss verstopft. Spinnweben und Flecken überall. Auch auf der angeblich frisch gewaschenen Bettwäsche. Ich habe noch nie in so einem schrecklichen Haus übernachtet. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Schönes Ferienhaus, Sauberkeit ok
Das Ferienhaus Buchholz hat großzügige Schlafzimmer und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Für eine große Gruppe sind genügend Gläser, Teller, Tassen, Besteck etc vorhanden und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Jedoch könnte an manchen Stellen noch etwas an der Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden (sehr dicke Staubschichten auf diversen Schränken, Spinnweben in den Zimmern etc). Trotzdem ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen in großer Runde. Hausmeister war sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Insgesamt war es ok, die Küchenausstattung ist super, es ist sehr groß und es gibt viele Badezimmer. Die Sauberkeit war ok, an manchen stellen hat man aber dann doch nochmals drübergewischt. Manche Betten quietschen.

Geräumig und empfehlenswert
Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten (das Fenster im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ließ sich nicht schließen, das Klo im EG liegt fast in der Küche) konnte man sich sehr wohl fühlen. Jede Menge Platz, gut und bequem möbliert, schöner Wintergarten, großer Garten und tolle Umgebung.

Alles in allem okay
Leider achtet manch Hundebesitzer nicht auf das Verhalten seiner Hunde, deshalb war manche Tür bissel angefressen, die Eingangstür geht schwer auf, ist bissel blöd, das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt, aber es ist sehr groß und der Vermieter vor Ort und freundlich, er ist eine One Man Show, Hochachtung. Gern wieder. Vielleicht kann man beim nächsten mal einen besseren Duft erwarten.

Ein entspanntes Wochenende
Tolles kinderfreundliches Haus, mit super Zimmeraufteilung, einer großzügigen Küche und gut Platz. Viele Ausflugsziele in der schönen Moselgegend vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, kinderlieb und humorvoll.
