Nice property, our building didn't have enough hot water for a full shower, it ran out after about 10 minutes and was not really hot. Condo was nice and had all the necessities. Property is close to airport, shopping and restaurants. All in all I would stay here again.

This is always our home away from home when we go to Kauai. We have been there several times over the last few years. We love the two bedroom two bath on the ground floor. It is a nice layout and very spacious. Parking is included and very convenient. The hotel is in a great location. Close to the city and also the airport. We will be back!

We booked this with a view of the harbor in mind. Stuck in the back of the property. TV was a challenge to say the least. Had someone in everyday to help us. Way too many stairs and the ones out of carport are just scary when carrying your luggage. They moved us to a better place but by then we were so unhappy that we decided to cut our vacation short and booked an earlier flight If you are over 60 not the place to stay. My husband fell in the shower because of slippery bottom. They gave us a bath mat which every unit should have as surface was extremely slippery Also had a huge cockroach in the kitchen the morning we left. Staff was nice and did their best

This place was nicer then I expected. I'm here looking for a home and it has everything I needed. Kitchen and such. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. If I need to stay in Kauai before my home is finalized, here's where I'll be.

Window air conditioning units were loud and in rough shape. A giant cockroach greeted me in the bedroom. Definitely not the 8.6 star rating we expected it to be.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The area is very safe and there are shopping areas and food options in a walkable distance. The beach is only a three minute walk. So overall, it was a great experience!

Great Stay
Excellent accommodations. Our place was newly renovated with fresh paint, new flooring, new kitchen appliances. Unit was very clean. Parking was great. We had our own covered garage parking space. We were given an upper floor unit, as requested. Only observation, not a complaint, is that there is no elevator. This was not a problem for my wife and me, but it might be a problem for someone with mobility issues. Very nice central location only minutes from the airport. We would most definitely stay at this property again.
