Our 3 night stay was great! The renovations didn’t bother us at all, as they weren’t doing work on them during the day. The breakfast staff at the pool every morning was wonderful. Our room was clean and had a beautiful ocean view. There were always plenty of chairs by the pool and beach and wait staff was on top of it! We will definitely stay again!

I read a ton of reviews about the place having trouble with housekeeping - which is true. We stayed 6 days and only had our room cleaned one. Time. (: one time. We had tracked so much sand into our room from the beach the floors were covered. The front desk told us we would get “touch up cleaning” day two, which we did, and then said we’d get a “deeper clean day 4” and we never did. My only other problem is some of their outside cabana and seating situation. There is no signs on anything on the beach to be rented. I went back and read through my emails and seen rental services for the cabanas, but if you don’t read over there and show up, there is no signs, nothing, on the beach. I watched people get booted off the cabanas and kind of scolded by a worker for using them. Parking was 100$ for 3 days which was a little crazy. And for 6 day stay we paid almost 55$ in hotel fees, one being, a 100$ housekeeping fee…. For the one time they cleaned. Besides those few things this property is amazing, great beach, great food options near by, close to the airport, nice rooms. I would stay here again

Perfect location for a stay close to the airport. Beach and pool are amazing. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the restaurant, bar and some of the jacuzzis are closed for remodeling. Close to local restaurants and bars. The only con we had is one of the pool servers was kind of rude serving us. Maybe Monica should get a different job.

3 hot tubes under construction. Noisy. Restaurant under construction. Parking rental car pricing was ridiculous price. Price of hold over in room because flight went out at 9:45 pm. But we did not arrive until 7:45 pm when entering hotel and spent 14 days in your resort. Was very disappointed in that.

It was a beautiful property with a beautiful view in the room but they need to upgrade the rooms especially the bathroom which is like a three star at max. Otherwise overall good.

Surprise Extra charge of $30 for self-parking wasn’t cool. Construction on hot tubs was loud early around 9 am and housekeeping loud and woke us up knocking at 8 when checkout was noon. Overall huge disappointment for the $800 price nightly. Ocean view upgrade was $50 and was an eastern bay, dock view.
