Staff are friendly. Room overlooked front of hotel on 1st floor over the restaurants very noisy we had to shut our window! If there was A/C we couldn’t find it only a fan in the room.

Friendly staff except por the blond girl at the front desk at check out. Bathroom out of service in the morning, we report it with front and didn’t do anything. We also ask to use a “public” bathroom in the hotel and didn’t allow it. No A/C and didn’t told us until after we had pay. Terrible beds. Old and uncomfortable.

Convenient hotel which provides value for money
The hotel is well located near the station and easy to get to attractions. I didn’t find it noisy, even though my room looked out over the station. The bed wasn’t that comfortable for me and the bathroom was tiny - a squash to get in and out of! But, overall it is a decent hotel which reflects the price you pay!

Stayed for the Olympics, small room with fan. Great location and staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast on rooftop terrace with incredible view, but selection was pretty limited.

Fabulous Location/Clean/Comfortable
This hotel is in a fabulous location! It is about a 5-7 minute walk from the train station where Eurostar arrives/departs. It’s right across the street from another train station (Lille Flandres station). This is extremely convenient if you would like to do a couple of day trips by train to other places in France such as Paris, Belgium (Flanders Fields museum) & many other options all within an hour one way for quick trips. The hotel location has many options for restaurants, bars, small stores to get food/drinks/desserts. It’s a short walk to two main squares, where there are also streets around with many stores and restaurant options. It’s a perfect location to be near basically everything. The hotel room was large by European standards, however, the bathroom was very small such that it was a bit of a struggle to get into it to close the bathroom door as a door opened towards the bathroom. Other than that, I couldn’t complain because room was comfortable and very clean. There was a kettle in the room for instant coffee. I took my own small paper bowls, and instant packages of porridge to have for breakfast. I didn’t purchase hotel breakfast. Most of the staff were nice and tried their best to answer questions/ assist when they could. However, they are not all knowledgeable on things like tourist transportation / recommendations, etc.. I put a request to have a room that faced in main street & they met that request. Overall I was very happy with my stay! 😃

Good hotel for an overnight stay
The room was very very small but very clean. There was a small buffet breakfast available at extra cost which had a small range of options available. The checkin and breakfast staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The hotel is directly opposite Lille Flanders station so perfect for those traveling. There are a number of restaurants within a couple of minutes of the hotel.

Incredibly good value. We booked 3 twin rooms for a girls weekend in Lille. The location is super - only a few minutes walk from Eurostar station and the same again to the beautiful old town. Hotel was simple, but super clean and comfortable and very good value. Staff were very friendly and accommodating of dropping our luggage early and collecting later than check-in and check out time. We tried the breakfast on one morning and that was great for just 12 euro, with a nice view. Would certainly return.
