Adorable cottage at the bay. Home is located across the street from Perdido Bay. Perdido Beach is 11 miles, Orange Beach 15 miles, Foley 15 miles. Pensacola 3 miles. You have restaurants, golf course & grocery store just around the corner. Not a congested area or lot of traffic. This home has a nice deck and screened in porch to sit and listen to the crickets at night. Has a den down stairs with a sleeper sofa, electric fireplace for chilly nights, dining area, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, queen size bedroom, full bath with walk in shower, laundry area. Up stairs you have bedroom with balcony, 2 full size beds and bathroom with tub/ shower. Flat screen tv’s in all bedrooms and den area. I furnish high speed internet with Netflix and Amazon Prime to watch all the movies you want. The front deck has rocking chairs and patio table with umbrella. The screened porch on side is screened with a large bench and small table for playing dominos or cards. Patio area has hammock and built in grill for your enjoyment. The entire yard is fenced in for your privacy.
