This home has been virtually unlived in as it was just newly constructed and completed in the middle of 2023.

A few stop lights down from Main St. the home sits on a very quiet street. The homes to the left and right were also custom-built by the same builder as well!

Walk to the best tacos ever, off of E Washington! Uber/Lyft are readily available in the area as this is a college town.
