The cabin is a small older mobile home in a resort style development. The living area was very nicely updated and other than the fact that they retained the wood paneling and the back door, it was not really evident that it was a mobile home. The bathroom was updated as well, however, the faucets in the bathroom are a bit lose. Not a big deal, but it was a bit unsettling if you accidently bumped them. The showerhead was one of those large rain showerheads. It was fine, but if you like a lot of water pressure when you shower, keep that in mind. There was also a request not to flush toilet paper or anything else other than waste, which was unusual, but everything in the area is on septic, so it was probably related to that. The internet was spotty at times, but given the location, that wasn't surprising. Netflix seemed to work fine and I had just enough cell phone reception, that we didn't really have any issues. Just something to keep in mind if you need reliable internet, you may want to find a local hotel to stay at. The carpets in the bedrooms are ready for replacement, and there are a few other updates that are still needed, but overall, it was really nice, and for the price, it was fantastic. It is really hard to find a decent property that isn't 2-3 times the price of a hotel or higher after all of the fees are factored in. This property was well kept, and reasonably priced, fees included and the privacy was well worth any minor inconveniences.
