Good location, near restaurants and a 10 min. walk to the tajamar. Very noisy, we had to change rooms because or the bad smell in one. Breakfast options very limited and not great :(

This is a great hotel in a walkable area - close to Kennedy Park and a few blocks up from the ocean. The rooms were well equipped with a comfortable bed. I was impressed with the breakfast having a good amount of choices. The coffee and juices were delicious. They do have a water filter system in the lobby to refill your water bottle. I only wish the front staff would have mentioned it when checking in. This would have avoided purchasing a bottle in the room for 5 sol. It’s okay, we still really enjoyed the hotel. If I were to return to Lima, I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel and staff were excellent. We had the free breakfast as part of the vip package, but did not use it. The area around the hotel was very walkable and had a lot of restaurants and stores. Highly recommend the hotel.

We stayed at three different hotels in Miraflores. Ikonik, Ibis Larco and Casa Andina SB. And it was the best with the largest room and bathroom. It didn’t feel like a dorm room like the others. I would book again.

Ryan one of the staffs are very nice. He suggested to me some dining options around the area. He speak eloquently in English while the rest are hard to talk to (cannot speak fluent in English).

No nonsense hotel and a very good value for Miraflores if your objective is to get some sleep and venture out to see some of Lima's tourist destinations. Many restaurants close by. Casinos too if you are into that sort of thing. Breakfast not thrilling but with the reasonable rates more than adequate. Front desk staff competent, helpful and congenial. Special kudos to Carlos, Lucero and Sara at reception. Hotel taxis can be expensive as we discovered on our trip to the airport. Consider a taxi app on your phone instead.
