Checking in the front desk staff was unpleasant, I was not made aware the pool was closed when checking, later found this out when me and my kids went to swim and the front desk was very rude and didn’t care. The room was musty and a “clean” towel had blood on it. Never again will I stay here!

Telephone had some orange sticky substance on it. Furniture was scratched all over. Front desk person never greeted me and made me wait without acknowledging that I was there.

The receptionist wasn’t rude but she also wasn’t very welcoming. Which I do understand that’s not what she’s there for. I get it. It may have been a rough day. I checked in at 3:00 on 11/15/2024. The first room was disgusting. The floor was filthy. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and the tub was just plain dirty. I went downstairs to report this and she switched out my room to the room next door. This floor wasn’t as bad but still dirty. The room smelled of smoke. I go to check the restroom and it wasn’t as bad as the first room but still too dirty for me. I’m thinking ok I’ll just deal with it until I check the bed. There was hair on the sheets and a stain that I just couldn’t bring myself to even imagine what it was. I packed my stuff in my hands and immediately checked out. The receptionist just said “that room isn’t good either?” Umm no ma’am it wasn’t. I wouldn’t let my dog stay in there so no I’m checking out and we politely parted ways. I would not recommend this hotel

The hotel is filthy and shabby. Look at and believe all of the above reviews. There are several other hotel options in this immediate area. Choose one of them.

We used two rooms, the first smelled of cigarette smoke the second smelled a little like dog. Neither rooms carpet were especially clean.. staff were polite, friendly and helpful

The property was above average for Lima. The only issue was the room was warm and stuffy, after turning on the air conditioning to cool the space the system was too loud to run when sleeping. Very Loud!! Therefore the room grew warm and stuffy again by 2:30 am. Room 315 has a noisy ac system.

The elevator and carpet in the hallways were filthy. My bathroom mirror was dirty and never wiped down. The room overall was comfortable and the bed comfortable.
