You have people fighting in the hallway all night and screaming.We were by the front hall way area which there is no way yout staff didn't hear it. I'm in town a few times a month but I will not stay here a again. Added when I talk to staff I was told no refund because I used your service. I will not be using you again. I travel all over and have never had to deal with this type of bad behavior. Added when leaving I seen the bloody towels in the outside trash from the people fighting.

Tim at the front desk was amazing. Rooms were great. They were very accommodating to our schedule with an early checking. Especially great because we had a wedding to get to and the hotel. We had to move from to a different hotel because it was the filthiest hotel I have ever seen. Marriott’s reputation stands true.

If you’re looking for a nice place to stay in Lima, this property fills the bill nicely. Not only was the room clean, quiet, and comfortable, but the atrium was pleasant and a nice setting for meeting with friends from the area. Highly recommended.
