Convenient and close to all shops and restaurants. Room was nice and spacious , however out of date. Need to plug in few USBs. It is pretty cheap to spread some around the room. Even the front desk did have a usb charger, I had to go borrow one from the Marriott next door. It Needs some maintenance but overall the stay was excellent.

Very large suite on 2 floors with good size living room but old and not so clean furniture. 2 bathrooms & kitchen. Would have preferred a King size bed versus Queen size. We only had 1 night in Lima so it was ok and good location

I booked a suite and upon arrival they gave me a Junior suite - that is not what I booked. The stuff was not accommodating in any way. The property looked old and not updated. The staff was not friendly. Restaurant hours only until 10 pm and Room service hours is only till 11pm. I ordered a club sandwich and came with 1 little package of mayo 1 ketchup and 1 mustard. For the price I could have stayed at another much better place.

Not good for business trip
Stayed there on my business trip, and I am not happy at all. The windows are not sealed, so you can hear everything in the street even in top floors, rooms are cold with small portable radiator, and staff are not friendly at all. Not recommending it.

Good mid-range hotel
We stayed here at the end of a three week trip in September 2019. The rooms are outdated but extremely spacious and warm. It was nice to come back to the room after a long day of walking - Barranco is a quick 1.5 mile walk or 8 min taxi away. The rooms and bathroom are clean, sheets and bed are clean. Be careful walking upstairs and on the steps - they are slippery. Breakfast was a huge spread with fresh juices, detox juices, fruits, breads, everything imaginable, and they serve until 10:30am. I also recommend a spa day - I tried a few other massage places in Peru and had a so-so experience and a terrible experience, but my facial and massage at the hotel were perfect. The massage room was clean, the massage table comfortable, the masseuse professional. There was a closet, shower and bathroom in the massage room and she turned on the heat to make the room more comfortable.

Nice hotel with great rooms. We didn’t visit the adjoins casino or restaurants but they were convenient. Lots of things close by including a upscale grocery store (ala Whole Foods) and a bank.

It was great. The room is perfect. Has a lower level for the kitchen and the living room with its own tv & second level for the room w/ tv and bathroom . The staff was most helpful and extremely polite. The casino is great and the hotel in general was fantastic. The location is great too. Close to everything
