Immersed in the mountain landscape of the Belluno Dolomites, 12 km from the ski resorts of Nevegal, this vacation home is the ideal solution for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet of nature, but at the same time seek a strategic base for visiting the surrounding area.
In addition to ski slopes and mountain bike and hiking trails, at 30 km there is Lake Santa Croce, ideal for sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing and paragliding. The house is surrounded by 1 hectare of land and a part at the back of the house is fenced, especially for guests arriving with pets. A wooden terrace for sunbathing, the barbecue, the large table under the trees, the swing, the place for soccer or other sports are the ideal place to spend unforgettable moments of relaxation.
The house is located on the Alta Via delle Dolomiti n. 1, which runs along a stretch of about 125 km. The Belluno Dolomites Park is also crossed by the High Routes of the Dolomites n. 2 and by a network of over 200 km of CAI trails. Art and culture lovers should visit the old town of Belluno, the walled city of Feltre (30 km) and of course the main Venetian cities: Venice (100 km) unique jewel in the world; Treviso (86 km) with the beautiful facades of palaces with frescoes; Vicenza (100 km), with its Palladian architecture.
The house is also an excellent base for sports enthusiasts: trails for hikers and mountain bikes start directly from the house; and numerous bike paths and roads that climb the mountains make it an ideal destination for cycling tourism. For shopping lovers, Belluno offers a wide selection of stores and there is also a rich offer of culinary specialties and wines with locally made products such as fresh cheeses. The famous Prosecco Road between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene offers 120 km of trails through vineyards, cellars and ancient villages.
