Property was clean, service was excellent. Had an initial problem with the unit I was given. It was not the flat I rented from your site. From the pictures on your site, I had a desk in the master bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. That was not what we were given. After contacting the Front Desk, Mr Socrates found an adequate Unit for my family to move to the following day.

Best stay in Limassol!

Absolutely nothing to complain about. The views from the apartment were amazing, the infinity pool, and the staff was the best part of the entire stay. Highly recommended. Bathroom in each bedroom and hidden hallway restroom was a pleasant discovery. They had fruit, wine, milk and water ready for us upon arrival as well.

The property was nice but had it not been for the view, I would say it is verging on the overpriced category. The swimming pool was freezing and not comfortable to swim in. The spa lady was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend treatments with her. It’s a shame that a lot of staff don’t speak English...had I not known Greek we would have problems communicating with most staff.

A sublime experience in Limassol.

One of my best travel experiences! Ultra modern residences with direct access to the beach, an excellent restaurant on premises, a large pool, tennis court, maid service twice daily, and convenient to local sites. Overall, the place is superb.

It was amazing apartment and all up to date and modern with fantastic ocean view. The pool was great and bar people very friendly. The sandy beach was great and easy to access via the bridge The Como Restaurant next to the residence was very good and best ever seafood pasta I have had !

Spacious terrace with a wonderful sea view

I’ve spent five nights at the Olympic residence. I was in the three bedrooms apartment, it was great the terrace was spacious with a wonderful direct sea view. I really liked the layout of the apartment and the furnitures. The house keeping service was extra ordinary everything was neat and clean plus they clean the apartment twice daily. The pool is fine and exclusive to the hotel residents. There is a bridge above the streets extending from the towers to the public beach( no privet beach), the bridge is exclusive for the residents with a security access. So there is a city street between the hotel and the beach. One negative point is some people in the reception team need further training on the hospitality with the guest. Another negative point, there is no sound proofing at the windows unfortunately , so you can hear the city street noises continuously as if you are out in the street it self. Overall it’s a good place for big families but not for people who are seeking for quietness and relaxation or who are looking for privet beaches.

Nice place to stay, but not really 5-star hotel

A good place to stay with children. Nice apartments, very good staff, central location, lovely sea view. But very bad soundproof between floors and street. It was a construction next to our hotel, so we didn't sleep from 5 am. when somebody used a bathroom, we heard it. Anyway, I can recommend this hotel.

Family vacation at Limassol - 2 bedrooms suite

All was great, high quality, highly maintained, great service, GREAT hotel restaurant, where you can eat any meal of the day with pleasure. Suites looked smaller than the published 105 sqr meters, but still great. I recommend to check up with the hotel, what your suite includes, especially the kitchen, since there are some differences between suites (we took 2).

2nd twin bedroom quite small & second bed a temporary metal framed 'camp bed' (was not expecting this!) Limited kitchen utensils & no clothes airer available (only tumble dryer). Otherwise top spec.

Interesting place

Its a Manhattan style apartment block on the beach (highway between). Beautifully done, everything looks great. The staff in the main are very friendly and helpful. We had a few issues that they tried to resolve quickly. We must admit that the entrance to the hotel and car park was not easy to find and we were given no directions by hotels.com, just an address. There was a smell of drains in the room which they tried to fix. The worst problem is that our kids burnt their eyes due to the high level of chlorine/chemicals in the indoor pool. We reported this and were ignored. They were both screaming and had very red eyes. In the interests on ending on a positive we would say it was a lovely place overall and nice touches like bottle of wine, nespresso machine, the balcony with sofa and views and the croissants delivered each morning were very nice and we would return.
