Zona tranquilla ma comodo x raggiungere Tropea Pizzo Scilla... Pochi minuti dal mare si Nicotera. Monolocale con zona cottura e terrazza esterna x cenare in gradevole giardino con alberi da frutto. Condizioni perfette. Raccomandato.
