Die Lage der FeWo lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig; die Ortsmitte von Limburg ist fußläufig schnell erreicht. Es handelt sich - eigentlich - um eine schöne Wohnung. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Küchenzubehör und Mobiliar sind spartanisch und lieblos zusammengestellt. Da der Preis i. O. ist, muss man die Erwartungen einigermaßen herunterschrauben.
