Adorable, rustic house for six people nestled in the heart of the hilltop village of Limeuil, offering a charming experience in one of the most beautiful villages in France. Explore the streets of this picturesque village and discover the confluence of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers. It is an ideal destination for discovering or rediscovering Périgord, located near the panoramic garden of Limeuil, artisans, pebble beaches, restaurants, hiking trails and the greenway.

The Space:
The house extends over two floors with simple facilities and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A parking space is available in front of the house, and another nearby.
In summer, enjoy the terrace equipped with a table, chairs, a parasol and a barbecue.
On the ground floor, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, a micro- waves and a refrigerator. The living room includes a sofa, wifi, board games, a dining table and a TV with access to Netflix, Amazon and YouTube.
On the first floor you will find a bathroom with bath and toilet, a double bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed and a bedroom with two 70 x 200 beds. The second floor houses a double bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed and a sink.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Linen, including including tablecloths, tea towels and bath mats, is included in the price. However, bed and bath linen are not included. You can bring your own sheets and towels or opt for an optional supplement of €15 including tax per person per stay.

Mandatory cleaning fees are provided when booking to ensure disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. The house must be left as you found it on the day of your arrival (clean kitchen and bathroom, fridge and cupboards emptied and clean, clean traces of visible dirt and trash emptied into containers).
You also have the option of adding a full cleaning option for €25/hour for 4 hours, or €100.
