I manage a fleet of trucks. My driver got to the location to check into the room and they told him that he did not have a reservation. I got on the phone with the manager and read him the confirmation number and he said expedia does this all the time. I told him I use them a lot and that has never happened before. He was very rude and said he couldn't help us that the reservation was never made. my driver had to leave in the snow storm and sleep in his truck. 3 hours later they called me to ask if I was going to check into the room and said they were going to charge me. I reminded him that my driver was there and the whole conversation that we had had and he said ... "OH yeah" and hung up

No plug ins
The only problem with this room was lack of available plug ins. We both have CPAP machines and no plug in between the beds and very shot cords on machines. We did make it work but was difficult

Our room had bugs in the bathroom. The shower did not get warm. The windows need a lot of help. If we weren't so exhausted from traveling I probably would have gone somewhere else.

We had the family rooms. While it is dated, it was clean. Having 2 rooms with a total of 3 beds was ideal. The bathroom is very small and the tub is really not much bigger than a small walk in shower. For a small town, it was a decent place to stay.
